When creating a scorecard, you can assign a weight to each item or evaluation criterion. The weighting of the criteria will be defined according to your recruitment needs (Which skill is more important for applicants to handle?). The criteria weights are: Low (0.5x), Normal (1.0x), High (1.5x) and Very High (2.0x).
How is each applicant's score calculated in the scorecards?
On each applicant's card, you can access the scorecards assigned to the process, from which each evaluator enters his/her score for each criterion. Then all the team's evaluations are averaged (criteria are multiplied by their assigned weight), which generates the applicant's total score, which will be reflected graphically on a 5-star scale:
