When applying for a job at Get on Board you must specify your salary expectations, which from now on will be gross (before taxes).

Quick apply allows you to easily submit your CV and email address to apply for jobs without the need to register or log in to your account. 

You can edit your job application quickly and easily from the 'Your Applications' tab. 

When you withdraw your application on Get on Board, your profile will be moved to the "discarded" phase of the recruitment process. Although no direct notification is sent to the company, the company will be able to see the reason for the rejection (that you withdrew your application for the position) and will not be able to send you direct messages from the platform. 

When you check a job on Get on Board you can see when the company last checked the job above the ad description.
In any case, you can always contact the company directly via a message from your application. 

You can forget about wasting time filling out fields of experience and studies by importing your LinkedIn profile in your application. 

If, when submitting your application, you have a problem validating the LinkedIn URL you entered, we recommend that you check that the URL begins with https:// and that it does not contain accent marks (diacritic).
If the URL contains accent marks, you must go to LinkedIn and modify the link.

If you are trying to apply for a job and the system does not allow you to do so, you should first check that all fields meet the maximum and minimum character lengths and that there are no required fields left blank. If the problem still persists, check the error message. If it says "enter a valid value", we recommend that you check the salary range you specified.

If you want to apply for a non-remote job in another country, you must check the box "I have legal permission to work in the country" when you send your application. 

Get on Board does not intervene in the processes that are published, so each company is responsible for notifying professionals whether or not they have been selected for a job. 

When you apply for a job through Get on Board you can send messages to the company. To access this option, you must go to "Applications", then - once you select the application at the company you want to contact - you will see the "messages" tab, where you can write to them and ask all the questions you need. 

Don't worry. If you deleted an application by mistake you can recover it 😉.
We recommend you to first check 'Your Applications' and search for the job you want to recover. Once you find it, click on it and select the option 'Recover application'.
In case you do not find the job, send us an email to info@getonbrd.com or write to our chat to make the recovery request. Once the request is submitted, your application will be reinstated within 72 business hours. 

On Get on Board, companies with a subscription plan have access to our Talent Database and can invite professionals to apply to their processes.
If a company sends you an invitation to apply to a process, it has access to a preview of your profile, which includes data such as name, LinkedIn or GitHub profiles, and portfolio, as well as all the professional profile information you leave on Get on Board. Contact details and CVs are not shown in the search results.

Each company's recruitment process is different, so there is no one-time frame that can be applied to all processes. However, when you apply for a job you have the option to send messages to the company, to be aware of the process and response times. In addition, you can check in the same job ad when the company last checked it.
