When creating your new company user account, or updating your password, you will be asked to comply with certain security conditions. 

In Get on Board you can download all the information of your processes in CSV format. This feature is available for Recruiter or higher plans. 

If you wish to post a job confidentially simply select the 'Post as confidential' option under your job title in step 1 of job creation. 

If your company would like to test Get on Board's private API before subscribing to a plan, you can do so. Here are the steps to follow

In your account settings, you can change your company name. If you want this change to be reflected in the URL, please contact us.

From the applicant card in your Get on Board process view you can easily share off-platform applications with your team.

When you subscribe to a plan online, the renewal of the plan will be automatic. You can check the renewal date of it in the option 'Your subscription'.

Hiding salary is a subscriber-only feature. Regular unlocked postings cannot hide the salary.

When you purchase a Get on Board subscription plan directly through the website, the activation of your plan will be automatic.

When you authenticate on Get on Board with your email or preferred social network, the platform will take the profile picture you have in the original account. If you wish to change your profile picture, you will have to change it in the original account you used to log in.

You can edit your job application quickly and easily from the 'Your Applications' tab.

When you withdraw your application on Get on Board, your profile will be moved to the "discarded" phase of the recruitment process. Although no direct notification is sent to the company, the company will be able to see the reason for the rejection (that you withdrew your application for the position) and will not be able to send you direct messages from the platform. 

At Get on Board we have created a modern ATS to facilitate your selection processes, however, we know that there are teams that prefer to work directly with their email inboxes. That's why when you post your job on Get on Board you can activate individual email notifications for each application you receive, here's how to do it!

On Get on Board you can reopen jobs that you have unpublished and that are less than 4 months old. If it's older than 4 months, you won't be able to reopen it

At Get on Board, you can only refresh the date of your job postings if you have Pin or Boost active and you have a subscription plan. You can refresh the date as many times as you like while the Pin or Boost is active. This option is not available for regular jobs.
