To enable full integration of your Lever ATS account with Get on Board, including automatic candidate exports, you need a Lever Data API key (v1).

Steps to Get a v1 API Key:

1. Log in to your Lever account
   • Go to Settings → Integrations and API
   • Click on the API Credentials tab
2. Create a new API key
   • Click on "Create new API key" or similar button
   • Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Get on Board Integration")
   • Select the required permissions:
     • Read job postings
     • Create opportunities (candidates)
     • Read opportunities data
3. Copy and Save Your API Key
   • Important : Copy the API key immediately and store it securely
   • You won't be able to see it again after closing the dialog
   • Keep your API key confidential - it carries many privileges
4. Configure Get on Board Integration
   • Go to Get on Board's Lever integration settings
   • Enter your Lever site name
   • Paste the API key you just created
   • Test the connection to verify it works

Important Notes:

• API Version : All API keys created from the Lever dashboard are v1 (Data API) keys by default
• Authentication : Lever API keys use Basic Auth (API key as username, password left blank)
• Multiple Keys : You can have multiple API keys active at once if needed
• Security : Keep your API keys secret and confidential

How to Tell if You Have the Right Key:

• v1 (Data API) : Full integration support - job imports AND candidate exports ✓
• v0 (Postings API) : Limited support - only job imports, candidate exports will fail ✗

If you currently have a v0 key, Get on Board will show a warning during connection setup, but job imports will still work. However, candidates who apply through Get on Board will not be automatically exported to your Lever account.

If you purchased the unlocking of your job with a credit card during the creation of an advertisement and you receive an email stating that the ad has been published but it still remains blocked on the platform, it's possible that the payment for your job is still being processed.

In the dashboard of your account, specifically under the job section, you should see a message stating "your job payment is being processed." If you don't see this message and your job indicates that it should be unlocked, it means the payment did not go through, and you will need to make the purchase again. Be sure to check your card's transaction history to confirm whether the transaction was not completed (or was reversed). 

Typically, a payment in progress will be ready soon, and you should only need to refresh the page in a few minutes to see the job unlocked. However, if the purchase was made, the job is still in progress, and its status doesn't change within a maximum of 4 hours, please contact us at info@getonbrd.com or through the platform's chat so that we can assist you as soon as possible.

Custom questions are included during the job posting creation process, and scored questionnaires allow you to add multiple-choice questions and assign custom point values to each option. Candidates will see these questions as part of their application form, and their responses will be scored. You’ll be able to view each candidate’s score directly on their application card.

Both Featured Jobs and Boost place your job ad at the top of the listings for 14 days, refresh the publication date of your ad, and are featured in our database of professionals' newsletters and dashboards.

Pin your jobs is included in all subscription plans and has a monthly fee according to the plan. On the other hand, Boost is an additional feature that can be added to the subscription plan.

While a job with Boost will have all the features of a featured job, it also provides:

• Priority visibility on the platform.
• Automatic sending of up to 200 invitations to the best matches in our database of professionals about your job. The invitations are based on variables such as category, salary, place of residence, tags, and level of experience, among others. The professionals who receive the invitations can accept them with a click, which automatically leads to creating an application for your job in the Interested phase.

Pin a job maximizes the visibility on Get on Board, especially when you need to recruit urgently or for highly competitive or hard-to-find positions.

If you have a subscription plan, go to the dashboard. In the right menu of each job, you can choose between Pinning and Boosting the job.

What is the difference between Pin and boosting a job?

If your job is featured (pinned), you can still give it Boost to give it extra visibility , sending up to 200 invitations to professionals that match the profile.

Note that confidential jobs cannot be featured because they do not appear in public views, but you can always give them Boost, and send invitations to professionals.

By selecting the 'No remote option' or 'Hybrid' modalities, you can select 1 or more cities for your job.

Professionals can complete their profile by adding their technical skills, along with their skill level and certifications.

You can add up to 10 skills in your profile to help you position yourself  in a better way in front of companies who are seeking talent like yours.
